I graduated from UP Diliman with a Business degree 2 years ago. My family owns multiple rental properties across Metro Manila. I've seen firsthand how real estate builds wealth, but when I tried to buy my own property, I realized how difficult it is because of the high capital required.
That's when I discovered fractional real estate investing in the U.S. This is a way for anyone to own property and earn rental income.
